Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policies:
• Appointment Booking: All services are available by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled through the Aloha Aesthetics LLC website.
• Client Information: Full legal first and last names are required for all bookings to ensure accurate records and communication.
• Deposit Requirement: A valid credit or debit card, along with a deposit, is necessary to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total.
• Consent and Intake Forms: For liability and safety purposes, all clients must complete consent and intake forms prior to receiving services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• Cancellation Notice: Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations or reschedules occur within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Multiple Reschedules: Deposits will also be forfeited for multiple reschedules leading to cancellation.
• Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for early and late arrivals. However, arriving late may affect the service duration and may incur a rescheduling fee of $40. We encourage you to manage your time mindfully and respectfully.
• No-Show Policy: Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "No-Show," resulting in a charge for 90% of the scheduled service price.
• Rescheduling Limitations: Only one reschedule per appointment is permitted. Additional requests will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Last-Minute Changes: Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a last-minute cancellation.
• Policy Abuse: Repeated late arrivals, cancellations, or reschedules may require clients to pay for services in full at the time of booking. Persistent policy abuse may result in termination of future services.
Special Circumstances:
• After-Hours Appointments: Requests for appointments outside of normal business hours may incur an additional $50 convenience fee, subject to availability.
• Guest Policy: No additional guests are permitted during appointments unless pre-approved by your esthetician.
Treatment Packages and Gift Certificates:
• Payment Terms: All treatment packages, which consist of discounted treatments in a series, must be paid in full at the time of the first appointment.
• Redemption Period: Treatment packages and gift certificates must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
• Deposits: No refunds will be issued for deposits in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be classified as last-minute cancellations.
• Giveaway Prizes: Last-minute reschedules or cancellations of giveaway prizes may void the winner status and result in the loss of prize redemption.
• Sponsored Treatments: Sponsored, collaboration, and giveaway prize treatments must be booked online with a deposit paid. Recipients must adhere to all policies.
• Retail Items: Refunds on retail items are only available if an adverse reaction occurs. Documentation, including photographic evidence, must be provided, and items must be returned within 48 hours for a 50% refund.
Additional Policies:
• Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Health and Safety: Clients are encouraged to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment to ensure tailored care.
• Payment Terms: All services must be paid at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including exact cash, credit, and electronic options.
